Rich Magner, is a founding member and owner of Black Diamond Builders, LLC.

Rich has been a commercial general contractor his entire career and has also been involved with numerous commercial real estate development projects. Currently Rich serves as the Company's Head of Business Development and is a very active member of his community.

Patrick Magner is a proud third-generation general contractor and the President of Black Diamond Builders, LLC.

In his role as President, Patrick is responsible for overseeing the operational structure of the company, as well as implementing the short and long term vision, strategy, and direction. Patrick is heavily involved in the day to day operation of all projects, and serves as the qualifying party for Black Diamond Builders general contractor licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.

During his time at Black Diamond Builders, LLC, Patrick has had the opportunity to help clients navigate the construction process as well as build various types of commercial development projects, including: Walgreens drug stores, 7-Eleven gas and convenience stores, multi-tenant retail shop buildings, office projects, building renovation and rehabilitations, site work projects, and various interior up-fits including dental offices, office up-fits, pharmacies, and auto parts stores.

Patrick is a graduate of Florida State University College of Business, Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, and the University of Miami School of Law.
